Kaitee Lawson-Rimmer holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Criminal Justice from Nipissing University. She attended the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University and received here Juris Doctor in 2025. She was called to the Bar in October 2025.

Raised in Athens, Kaitee is familiar with and passionate about pursuing a career that addresses the unique legal needs of rural clients. Kaitee’s legal interests include civil litigation, family law, real estate and wills and estate. Kaitee is dedicated to advancing Barker Willson’s mission of offering exceptional legal services to the communities of Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville

When Kaitee is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether it’s sharing a meal or enjoying outdoor activities together. She loves attending local events, from town festivals to community fundraisers, and is passionate about staying involved in the life of her small town.
